Tucked in the weather capital of Colorado and crowned by mountains is the tourist town of Canon City; full of fun attracting the adventurous with the Royal Gorge’s highest suspension bridge in the U.S. and white water rafting below. In the middle of the exciting & historic town is the MTNMN + A Rocky Mountain Girl Ranch and home to Angel, Dawn’s shy little Arabian mare that gave Rocky Mountain Girls Hemp Products their start & called MTNMN into hemp fields across the U.S. and abroad supporting the farmer to lab to table. It has been said that horses will take you around the world, so if you believe it, hold on!

The Ranch is incredibly busy with lots of work making everything happen daily, and the stars of this ranch are the the 40+ personalities that we can’t seem to get enough of; the horses, ponies, Penelope the donkey, cattle, dog, cat & Bunny that set the stage for this ranch life.

The MTNMN hay field is not simple work getting the Arkansas River water to flow just right for growing it’s rich hay, but it is the crown of the ranch. When the last cutting is baled and put away, the horses get to rotate their turns in it’s golden glory for grazing, the cattle get the last stretch of winter to run, leap, play & nestle into its rest too.
