Co-Founders Dawn and Misty established Rocky Mountain Girls Hemp to share the benefits that broad and full spectrum hemp derived CBD oil can unleash through support of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) within people and animals across the United States. Humble intentions to improve their own horse’s quality of life, and of those in their community, has launched them into an arena of CBD products for People, Pets, and Horse. Their faith-filled journey started with a very special Arabian Mare, Angel, that Dawn adopted from a local horse rescue, Safe Landing Horse Rescue . . .

MEET ANGEL

She’s my sensitive, sweet and beautiful paint mare! We adopted her from Safe Landing Horse Rescue in January of 2018. She still needed a bit of weight to gain to fill her topline when we adopted her, but she was very nervous and didn’t fit into our herd well, causing her to lose more weight seen in her before picture on May 8th, 2018.

Her eyes and coat were dull. Having tried the best weight gain regimens, with rescue and vet guidance; even vet recommended sand clear of double dose daily for 2 months… and still no gain. My heart was heavy for her. Her anxiety had me asking Lanya, of Safe Landing Horse Rescue, about taking her back after she nearly kicked Farra (pictured on Angel) at the Latigo Winter Buckle Series while she was high kicking at another horse. In the quiet of the barn, God asked me, “Do you really want to send her back?” I just knew I could not!

At a loss for what to do next, Rocky Mountain Girls Hemp CBD for horses came into my life! I wasn’t sure how CBD was going to help her gain weight back then, but her “before” picture was taken the day we started her on 25 MG of CBD, and WOW!… look at her 9 days later! Her winter coat had almost completely shed out, revealing a gorgeous shiny coat! The light returned to her eyes, she stopped pacing, stopped waiting at the gate for me to bring her buckets of supplements… she adjusted well into the herd, happy and healthy!
